It turns out printing paper is inexpensive (check your physical mailbox, it’s usually full of junk paper) and we feel that our software is so great you’ll want to use our video greeting cards as your primary gift.
When you attach a gift card or online order gift to the software on our cards, we add a small fee for the convenience of not wasting your time and money traveling to a store. If no gift is attached, we also will occasionally show an approved advertisement after the video you record.
We believe gift fees and occasional post-video ads can subsidize the free video greeting card. We do not sell or show personally identifiable data to advertisers in accordance with our privacy policy.
We currently support choosing which card theme you’d like to get in the mail. We might allow you to choose your next card in the future but we’re trying to keep things simple while we ramp up production. If you have feedback for our team, let us know via Instagram.
This is the easiest cancellation process you’ve ever seen. To cancel, just throw out the last card we’ve sent to you. By not recording a video and giving the card to someone else, that informs us to not send you any more cards. While we do not have access to your information or share it with anyone else, we will delete your data from all servers after 6 months of inactivity. You can also contact us to have it removed.
When you get your first card, record a video of it and give the card to someone you card about. Once they watch the video, the card tells our systems that you’d like another card the following month. It’s very straightforward; you’ll get another card once you use the card you have.
Not to worry, the card has instructions on the back with a unique code to watch your video on our website. You can do this with any phone, tablet or computer.
